Letter of Invitation
If you need a letter of invitation to support your visa application, kindly submit a formal request to conference organizers for the issuance of such a letter.
In order to provide the the invitation letter, the requesting party must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Authorship: Be an author of an accepted submission, which could include an invited talk, oral presentation, or poster presentation.
Registration: Must be the registered participant of #NanoSeries2024 conference.
In your request, please ensure to include the following essential information:
Title: Specify your title (e.g., Dr., Professor, Mr., Mrs., Miss, Ms, etc.).
Full Name: Provide your complete name, clearly indicating your family name and given name.
Organization: Mention the name of your organization.
Mailing Address: Include your full mailing address.
Contact Numbers: Provide your telephone and fax numbers.
Email Address: Share a valid email address for communication purposes.
Passport Copy: Attach a copy of your passport to complete the request.
