We want to stress the critical importance of adhering to the submission and registration deadlines for #NanoSeries2026. Meeting these deadlines is essential to ensure the smooth planning and execution of the event. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Registration for Presenting Authors
All presenting authors must register by the designated deadlines to secure their spot in the conference program. Please note that failure to register by the deadline will result in the exclusion of your abstract from the conference proceedings.
This policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made. Your timely registration is crucial to the success of #NanoSeries2026 and ensures that all presenters are accounted for in the final program.
Abstract Submission Deadlines
- Oral Presentation Abstracts: Submissions must be received between December 21st, 2025, and March 01st, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after March 01st, 2026, under any circumstances.
- Poster Presentation Abstracts: Submissions are due by April 15th, 2026. However, to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we are offering a one-time grace period for late poster submissions until May 1st, 2026.
Important Note: This extension is a one-time exception. Any poster abstracts received after May 1st, 2026, will not be considered, regardless of the merit of the work or the reputation of the authors.

We strongly encourage all participants to plan their submissions and registrations well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. Ensuring that your abstracts are submitted within the specified deadlines will guarantee your inclusion in the #NanoSeries2026 program.
