Abstract Submission Guidelines for Review Process – #NanoSeries2025

We invite researchers, students, and professionals to submit abstracts for NanoSeries2025. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure proper submission and review.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Deadline: Ensure that your abstract is submitted before the announced deadline (refer to the official NanoSeries2025 website for exact dates). Late submissions will not be considered.

Symposium Selection:

  • Indicate the Symposium: When submitting your abstract, clearly specify which symposium your abstract is intended for. This is essential to ensure your abstract is reviewed by the appropriate symposium committee.
  • Select from the list of symposia provided on the conference website or refer to the symposium track that best aligns with your research.

Format Requirements:

  • Length: Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words.
  • Title: The title should be clear and concise, reflecting the primary focus of the research.
  • Authors and Affiliations: List the names and affiliations of all authors, and clearly indicate the presenting author.

Content Structure:

  • Introduction and objective of the research
  • Methodology or approach
  • Key findings and results
  • Conclusion or significance of the work
  • Keywords: Provide up to 5 keywords relevant to your research.
  • Language: Abstracts must be written in English.

File Format: Submit your abstract in Microsoft Word (.docx). Do not submit in PDF format.

Submission Portal: Abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal on the NanoSeries2025 website. In case of any technical difficulties, please contact conference office at secretariat@nanoseriesiac.com.

Confirmation of Submission: After successfully submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the conference organizers immediately.

Submission Limit

Each individual is allowed to present a maximum of two presentations (one oral and one poster presentation).

Presenters must be the author or one of the co-authors of the submitted work.

Submission Limit: Each registered author can submit up to two works for consideration, scheduling, and publication at the conference.

Review Process

  1. Peer-review: All abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process:
    • The reviewers will not have access to author identities, and authors will not know the identity of the reviewers.
    • Multiple reviewers will assess each abstract for impartiality
  2. Evaluation Criteria:
    • Relevance: Is the research aligned with the selected symposium’s focus?
    • Originality: Does the abstract introduce novel ideas or method’s
    • Scientific Merit: Is the research methodology sound, and are the conclusions valid?
    • Clarity: Is the abstract well-written and clearly presented?
    • Impact: Does the research have potential significance in the field of materials science and engineering?
  3. Notification of Acceptance:
    • Authors will be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of their once the review process is completed.
    • If accepted, you will receive further instructions regarding your presentation type (oral or poster), session time, and other logistical details.
  4. Revisions: Some authors may be requested to make revisions based on reviewer feedback. Revised abstracts must be submitted by the date specified in the notification.

Important Notes

  • Original Research: Abstracts must be based on original, unpublished work. Submissions of work previously published or under review elsewhere will not be accepted.
  • Presenting Author: The presenting author must be indicated during submission and is required to register for the conference if the abstract is accepted.
  • Symposium Alignment: Ensure your abstract aligns with the goals and themes of the symposium selected. Misalignment may result in rejection or reassignment to another symposium.
  • Withdrawal Policy: To withdraw an abstract, please inform the organizers at the earliest possible time.
