Eligibility
Enrolled students and professionals from countries classified as Low-Income or Lower-Middle-Income Economies by the World Bank are eligible for these special registration rates.
These reduced rates aim to promote global collaboration and expand learning opportunities, aligning with our vision to build a dynamic, interactive, and globally connected community of nanoscience and nanotechnology researchers.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must notify the NanoSeries team in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- Cancellation by March 26, 2026: Full refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellation between March 26 and April 15, 2026: Professionals will receive a refund less a €175 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued to students, retired, or unemployed participants.
- Cancellation on or after April 15, 2026: No refunds will be processed prior to two months after the conference.
Exceptions:-
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Event cancellation by the organizer
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions)
- Emergency health issues (proof required)
Organizer’s Rights
- The event organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, insufficient participation, venue unavailability).
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer, full refunds will be provided; however, the organizer is not responsible for any additional personal costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, or other related expenses).
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or venue without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for such changes.
- The organizer may deny or revoke registrations if a participant fails to comply with event policies or behaves in a manner disruptive to the event, without liability for additional costs.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or entry to individuals who do not meet the event’s professional standards, without refund.
- In case of unexpected circumstances (such as health or safety concerns), the organizer may impose additional requirements (e.g., vaccination, masks, health screening) or change the event format (in-person to virtual).
- The organizer has the discretion to amend this cancellation policy and other terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be communicated to registered participants promptly.
