Abstract Submission Guidelines for Review Process – #NanoSeries2026

We invite researchers, students, and professionals to submit abstracts for NanoSeries2026. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure proper submission and review.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Deadline: Ensure that your abstract is submitted before the announced deadline (refer to the official NanoSeries2026 website for exact dates). Late submissions will not be considered.

File Format: Submit your abstract in Microsoft Word (.docx). Do not submit in PDF format. Download your abstract template.

Submission Portal: Abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal on the NanoSeries2026 website. In case of any technical difficulties, please contact conference office at secretariat@nanoseriesiac.com.

Confirmation of Submission: After successfully submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the conference organizers immediately at secretariat@nanoseriesiac.com.

Submission Limit

Each individual is allowed to present a maximum of two presentations (one oral and one poster presentation).

Presenters must be the author or one of the co-authors of the submitted work.

Submission Limit: Each registered author can submit up to two works for consideration, scheduling, and publication at the conference.
