NanoSeries2023 Conference – A Global Hub of Innovation in Nanotechnology

The 2nd Annual Global Nanotechnology Conference, NanoSeries2023, took place at the ICMM-CSIC Materials Science Institute in Madrid, Spain, from June 19-21, 2023. This event brought together more than 180 international researchers, scientists, and industry leaders from 25+ countries to share advancements and innovations in nanotechnology, fostering collaboration toward a sustainable future.

The conference was organized under the leadership of Dr. Andres Castellanos-Gomez and Dr. Carmen Munuera López from ICMM-CSIC, whose efforts, along with an outstanding team of symposium chairs and organizers, made NanoSeries2023 a resounding success.

NanoSeries Innovation Hub: Supporting Excellence in Nanotechnology

Established in 2022, the NanoSeries Innovation Hub is dedicated to supporting emerging talent and recognizing excellence in nanotechnology. This initiative commits 10% of revenue from sponsorships and registration fees toward funding travel grants for award recipients.

In 2023, the Hub awarded a total of €6,000 in travel grants, recognizing outstanding contributions through the NanoSeries Innovation Awards, Best Early-Career Researcher (ECR) Awards, and Best Poster Presenter Awards.
